In Ghana, things are increasing every hour. You buy a cup of sugar for GHC 5 at 6am, you go back at 6:30 and is now GHC 7
Here in Ghana, you barely can buy cooking oil. Making every fried snacks also so expensive.

Grocery shopping is really really expensive especially as am a student,sometimes I even cry because it’s so annoying and surprising how a particular amount that use to be enough for me can even take me up to half a month.

Things are so expensive and its crazy i feel like i have lost some cash.
Bulk buying pays and if one can get groups where meat sharing is done its much better as well.
I do bulk pepper and grind into smooth and rough blending, boiled and stored in the freezer that lasts for about 4 months.
