- Israeli tanks have reached some residential areas of Rafah in southern Gaza following months of fighting in the north. Hundreds of thousands of civilians have fled the city ahead of a planned large-scale ground offensive. Israel's allies have repeatedly warned against a major assault on Rafah, but Israeli military forces have stepped up their activity. They say they are targeting several Hamas battalions still holed up there. Hamas is considered a terrorist organization by multiple countries including Germany and the US.

What did israelis think will happen when they expelled 750K Palestinians out of their lands and locked 2 millions of their descendants inside walls.
