Thanks for the great material Heading to Pa 7 springs for TAC I’m 62 years old and archery is a blast 2 buddies and a home made trophy for the winner and bragging rights and smack for another 12 months And we train like it’s the Super Bowl ! Keeps you young
They are a BLAST. My son and I did the shoot in VT a couple of weeks ago. Incredible experience, but you better hit the treadmill. It is very physically demanding. And get hiking boots. I'm pushing 50 and it was not a walk in the park. Crazy fun shots.
I was just at TAC in VT. Unbelievable experience. If you even have an inkling to go...DO EET. Just spectacular. It is physically taxing. If you've been sitting on the couch all year, get off your butt and get some exercise in. It'll kick your butt if you don't. The shots were incredible, difficult and creative. Even the Leupold course was extremely challenging with shots from25-65 yards. And NONE of the shots were straight on. Wonderful time. Nice video, brother!!
@@thehumblepundit9790 right on!! It's the closest one to us. Watching all the tac videos has got me jazzed up lol do you ride the lift up or is the whole course walking?
Chrisbee! Colbee! So cool 😎 It had to be Colby’s UV3 set-up that did the trick! 😆 Thanks for donating to the RMEF! Just wondering if you picked up the dinner tab too? 🐝 Real!
Chris, just watched the Park City video. I have a question. I noticed you were carrying two different vane configurations. Why two and how did you decide which to use?
CB, Is that a TRX34 or still rocking that TRX36? =) Full draw looks like a TRX34. I have a love/hate relationship with my 36, never got a 34 shooting well, and love my TRX38 G2. My V3 31 is shooting laser beams. Pew, pew, pew, Kolby!. I bought my V3 31 just weeks before Colorado TAC and didnt have time to dial in arrows and sight tapes so i shot my custom RX4 Ultra Turbo. I had a great time, but would have rather shot the V3.... Digging my Ultraview hinge with the 18 sear!
Hey Chris - Thank you and the Matthews team again for the help with my bow and getting a new string! Seriously a huge save to that weekend and Snowbird the next! Everyone I have shared the story with was extremely impressed. Matthews for life!
I’m not Chris but I may have a good tip, for me before I went to my bow I used a shot trainer a lot and when I “mastered” that I turned the poundage way down on an old bow to try to get used to it on a bow. If it’s going off to soon then slow it down a little that can help a lot. I hope I can help. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Christian, does it have a thumb peg?.. rotate the release towards your thumb and wrap your thumb around the peg while drawing... most if not all of the drawing pressure needs to be on your index finger while drawing. Also, you could rotate the sear so it has to rotate further until it fires... it does take a little bit to adjust, but once you get it a hinge will be a lot of fun for you to shoot.
Chris, I have been wanting to upgrade bows and have been thinking about getting a Mathews. Been looking at the Prima, but wanted too know what your thoughts on a bow for Target and Hunting. It would be a super upgrade if I got a Mathews and am really hoping that I get one. I currently have a Predator archery Raptor...which is basically a no name bow, but got tenth in the state with last year.
@@maddawgsoutdoors yeah man. They always drop in November. Btw if you're looking for a bow that works great for both target and hunting look at a bow with a longer axel to axel and longer brace height. Forgiveness ALWAYS beets speed when 10 rings are in question
Hey I know your prolly not gonna see this comment but can I have one of your bows I’ve already grown out of mine and we don’t have enough money to buy a new one
Letssss gooooo!!!! Super excited for this one! Keep up the hard work Chris!

Awesome video Chris!
Man now I want to go to this. Bowfest was awesome, this looks like just a bigger version. lol
Watched good ol bee season 4 and all of a sudden a wild new video shows up
SERIOUSLY! Who doesn't think Chris Bee has the BEST draw cycle on the PLANET!?
Yes, and perhaps the biggest eyebrows. Seriously, I have tried to replicate it and it is so much easier and more efficient
I just got a v3 and actually replicated it and it makes for such a better draw cycle
He stole it from me. 🤪😉
