Having a loot filter would fix the whole issue I have with D4 right now. It's crazy! I'm just so bored of looking through the inventory when it's full that I just don't care and salvage all without even looking. Just checking for perfect rolled Aspects and that's it.
Great video! I use a very similar system, with the only difference being that I extract aspects after going through my inventory. The price of extraction is effectively zero, and stash sorts aspects by their type (sadly not by roll), which lets me manage them more easily. Basically, I use separate stash tab/s for aspects, and when I get a new high roll on some aspect, I can quickly see how many aspects I have and get rid of some lower rolls.
I'm doing sorting, medians and standard deviations in my head at work. In ARPGs, I need to relegate that duty to the game's systems in order to relax and just enjoy playing.

Wait why doesn’t any of my gear show what it CAN roll up to. For example. Life 300-600. My stuff never shows anything like this? Is this a setting I need to turn on? Please help

Imagine the day we can just "feed" a codex of legendary aspects, the only question we'd have would be: do I have this aspect maxed or not... bro we'd save like 75% of time filtering through our inventory.
If a legendary has good stats but a bad aspect % roll why would you keep it? Unless i'm missing something you can't strip the aspect and end up with a rare item right?

@@ducky5326 D3 came out in 2012 and it had it. That's this game's immediate predecessor. They should have included that from the beginning. For some reason they didn't look at the previous game in the series and start there and then improve, they went back and ignored 10 years of diablo history. And they did it on purpose. Pre-launch they kept saying they wanted us to not be able to respec, but have to roll another toon instead. They didn't seem to get it that that's a really bad idea, even with the feedback from the many betas and testing cycles they had. It's wild how much existing stuff and feedback they just ignored. I'm not surprised people were so disappointed after launch, it's been almost a year from the early beta (when it should have been pretty much done), and the game is still just barely coming together. We still don't have leaderboards for new season races. We don't have this gauntlet they've been talking about, they didn't even have resists working until season 2. And little stuff like the gems--how did people not find that annoying in testing? I think they changed it so much they gave up and rushed it to market as kind of a mess. And now they're scrambling around trying to finish it. It should have taken another year. we'd have waited, and if they had put out a polished game, they might have won GOTY.
I feel like getting all ressistances gems in accs is way better then to put 3 ressistances on boots, Juggernaught is a no brainer for everyone you can pretty much ditch all the armor nodes in the paragon board if you pick that one.
It gives you that many points to Int, Dex, Str, and WP (Intelligence, Dexterity, Strength and Willpower). This is good because it has your main stat (say STR for barbs or INT for sorcs) which is good because the main stat multiplies your damage instead of just adding, but also, it helps you get to those bonuses on the paragon board. If you look at the rare paragon powers, they have a second bonus you only get if you have enough of one of your secondary stats. they'll say something like 230 dex req for another 4% life (or something I made that one up). The more paragon boards you use, the higher that requirement gets. So it's low and easy on the first board, but by 5 or 6, it's a lot for a stat that's not your main stat. To get all those other stat bonuses, you want those secondary stats. "+ All stats" is the way to get them. (you could also get them individually by getting just +dex or +int or whatever) The other thing those secondary stats are good for is the class specific bonuses that just having stats give you. So, with a barb, str gives you damage, but also armor. But DEX gives you some dodge, and INT gives you some resists. I think WP gives you overpower damage and makes your healing potions better. When they nerfed the old damage bucket system to be almost all additive, theorycrafters started noticing that stats were much better for maximizing damage and they had a lot of these other little side benefits that add up. So now a lot of builds stack a lot of stats. I know that's not particularly well written, but I hope it helps. Happy blasting!
Does this not seem unbelievably ironic that LE is launching with a built in loot filter from a studio of 12 people, and 12,000 Blizz staff still cannot implement a loot filter in D4 after more than 6month post launch so we make videos on how to do it in your brain...? I mean damn that is some serious fail if I have ever seen any. Serious.
I want to know why Last Hour Games with 12 staff are launching with an entire trade faction and auction house while 12,000 Blizzard staff could not figure out how to implement functional trading after more than 6months post launch? You cannot make this stuff up.
Wished you would start playing with 2 controllers And present Blizzard all those issues ,like switching equipped page in compare view between legt right..causing accidently trashing good items...or loosing 2 lives in nmd cause you can't revive just one by yourself ..and and and

Another horrendous call by D4 devs to no add loot filter to the game. Would take them less than a week to implement. And its not like it will cause a duplication bugs or RMT.
ive watched a few videos on itemization and tbh it just doesnt help much. like i shouldnt have to watch numerous 30 min videos explaining it to me for it to make sense... heres the thing, i shouldnt have to look at every single item in my inventory every cycle. period. its absolutely ridiculous that thats what the end game is here, sorting through items to min max each item to be as strong as you can. i just wanna hit lvl 100 and kill stuff easily. thats it

why are we getting 3 only affix on Ancestral items on dungeons at world tier 4?

You just replace the aspect at the Occultist. Just like adding one to a rare piece of gear.

What do "all stats" exactly do?

It doesn't trigger lucky hit for Hewed Flesh or Decrepify so I believe it's 0.
This game desparately needs a loot filter. I've been playing ARPGs since Diablo in the 90s, I don't think I've ever felt so fatigued by loot.
