I’ve flown Spirit once in 2018 round trip ORD to DFW and never did that again. Worst part about it, is that I didn’t even pay for the trip. It was a gift…I would never pay my own money to fly with that airline. However, Mitch should try it…lol

Nicole! I took that Qatar flight to Cape Town in reverse back to NY. Unfortunately it was Econ and it was $290 USD booked through JetBlue! It was not easy to be in Econ for all those hours. I was limited to booking for a flight in March 2024 (just a few weeks ago) . I have a friend who lives in Hermanus. I stayed my first night at the regency (8k Points) and we walked around in the morning. The Uber driver told us to be careful. We moved to Cellars Hohenort for the next night and it was awesome. It was an SLH. It was near where the Ultra EDM music festival was. We stayed there two more nights because it was a STEAL at 9K and 12K. I’m looking forward to seeing your trip updat. I love SA and can’t wait to go back!!!
Sounds like a wonderful trip to Cape Town! That SLH sounds wonderful. Since it’s leaving Hyatt, we might be able to use Hilton free night certs to book SLH eventually! 🎉

It was really good. They just cut the offerings but it seems they have brought it back. Just make sure you have your ID if you go, the person who books the room must be present to pay with an ID
Let’s hope they bring back the full Hash House breakfast soon!

Before it was pretty much one entree from the menu, they changed it to 3 items a few weeks ago, but word on the street is Hyatt said no you can’t do that and are brining back the menu items. It should be updated again in a day or so…it’s an entree, juice/coffee hopefully the change back has or will happen shortly..

Sometimes these offers are public and available as a promotion in certain regions. Sometimes these offers are available through a special program called Hyatt Privé. Miguel is a Privé agent and can help you book if you are paying with cash (not points). Send us an email if you need something priced out.
Do explores get hotel fees waived as well like MGM ?
We assume you are referring to Hyatt Explorist status. Explorists only get resort fees waived on points stays, not cash stays. Therefore, Explorist status would not help with paying for cash stays at Rio. You would want to try to get a Guest of Honor pass (available at 40 nights) so you can use that to waive resort fees for cash stays at Rio.
Is there a way to get a working corporate email?
Working emails are likely sold on marketplaces but proceed at your own risk as it is against the terms and conditions.
