I thought that this showed how much Nikolas gave up to try and save Lucky and Gia knew instantly that Helena was causing the problem. I think that this scene shows that Gia was willing to fight for Nikolas in a way that Emily, Liz and Courtney never did. I also think that if Nikolas and Emily had a child that the writers would have downplayed that the child was a Cassadine just like they usually downplayed Nikolas being a Cassadine but, Gia wouldn't and won't do that. I also think that Liz and Laura failed to realize that at some point that Nikolas deserves to have his own life without everything having to be all about Lucky all the time. Gia gave Nikolas everything that he wanted and more and she saw a long time ago that no one including his mother puts Nikolas first and she put Nikolas first and yes, they are twin flames, soul mates and couples goals!
