  • 🔔 Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) Konjac stew. (1T=rice spoon)
    Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) 200g, konjac 600g, water 50ml, minced garlic 1T (10g), soy sauce 5T, mirin 5T, corn syrup 2T, oyster sauce 2½T, cooking oil 2T, sesame oil 1T, pepper 2 pinches.
    1 : vinegar 1T.
    ✨ Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) Konjac stew. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
    1. Slice the konjac.
    2. Boil water with 1T vinegar, add konjac and blanch for 40 seconds.
    + Rinse in cold water.
    3. Prepare the Shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu).
    4. Make the seasoning. [50ml water, 1T minced garlic (10g), 5T soy sauce, 5T mirin, 2T corn syrup, 2½T oyster sauce]
    5. Add 2T cooking oil to the pan, add konjac, and stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
    6. Pour seasoning and boil for 4 to 4 minutes and 30 seconds on medium heat.
    + Stir occasionally.
    7. Add shishito peppers (Kkwarigochu) and stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat.
    8. Turn off the heat and mix in 1T sesame oil, 2 pinches of pepper.
