Thank you for this marvelous performance! I first heard a few seconds of this sonata in the movie, "The Competition." I've tried for years to find it. Only when I got a smartphone with tune search did it find it, and then I located your amazing rendition. Thank you again!

Note on the movie The Competition. The Ginastera was performed by Dr. Eduardo Delgado (he was my professor while I was CSUF) in the Competition. I studied the Ginastera under him. Dmytro's version is brilliant.

Indeed good ear. The pianist who played The Ginastera for "The Competition" was my piano professor at CSUF, Dr. Eduardo Delgado.

Good golly! As someone who (more or less) worked that third movement up and performed it in public, I can say that was simply spectacular! Those parallel octaves totally killed me and I never got it up to tempo, but you blasted them out of the park. And you weren’t so focused on the technical that you weren’t willing to sacrifice the random note for a moving and powerful expression. Best performance I have ever heard of this piece. 👏👏👏
