In my opinion you should leave them up! Let the world see who the assholes are. I guess I'm petty that way but I can't stand people who are so wrapped up in their own beliefs that they feel like they have to tare someone else down to validate those beliefs. I'm a Christian and I've always 100% supported marriage equality. The whole "separation of church and state" means something to me. It's not my place or anyone else's to tell people who they can and can not spend their life with. I'm glad you where there to document this historic event. There isn't likely to be many more major civil rights event like this one coming anytime soon!

Unfortunately, most of the trolls are sitting in their moms basement, in their undies, pretending to "call out" all the things that they think they are angry about.
