I've heard BAD things about the quality of Tesup. As someone in the UK I'm keeping a close eye on the options available. I like this design but hesitant to buy until I know the quality issues are addressed. Please please please upload more videos soon.
Tesup is in production but two upcoming VAWT's look promising also. Harmony Turbines and Halcium. I've also read that the EcoFlow Delta Pro will accept Wind Turbine inputs soon as well. Thanks for your reviews!
I have heard very mixed reports, so I thought I would take one for the team and document and review my experiences with this. On paper it looks great, but the reality could be very different! I will be posting more videos in this series as I build, integrate and test this turbine.
If something (inverter) is missing in a unboxing video you should include the corresponding with tesup in the video. Unboxing videos are to show the quality of the product and the interaction with the company if something is wrong
Great feedback, I think I will do a full video on the ordering process and customer feedback/interactions once all this is sorted out and I have all the parts that I ordered.
Tesup is a total scam. E-mail only they have no knowledge of inverters or charge controllers. I believe they are all from the Middle East Turkey shaming to try to sell these things which are not made to quality standards or balanced. Never buy from Tesup
I am still waiting for my inverter at this point due to chip shortages they have been delayed until September. Build quality seems good, but until I get it running I can not confirm. Aiming to have it going mid September assuming the inverter arrives in time! It certainly spins smoothly and freely but I don’t know how balanced it will be at higher RPMs.
That’s very kind of you, unfortunately due to a lack of time I still have about 250 laptop packs to open, test & sort so I will have to decline on this occasion I’m afraid.
@@sustainableorange ok they are free I am only going to take them down the tip have been running my 18650 for over 6 years now but I am changing over to LFP
Thank you, yes the issue was I authored it at 100% volume and 100% headset turned up and then didn’t realise event when I watched it back before posting. I appreciate the feedback and I’m trying to improve! Please bare with me. Later videos are hopefully better!
Don't feel bad my inverter didn't show up for over 90 days like three weeks passed when I got the actual wind turbine Atlas X. Tesup is a total scam,,, the product sucks,, it's not balanced the hardware is not suitable for the application. The charge controller was made by a 6th grader, horrible design not even weatherproof or waterproof. And the inverter that you're going to get is a hit or miss of who they order it from and it's not compatible with a wind turbine. Especially if it's a growatt.
This is why I’m waiting for the Delta which has a start up voltage of 35v instead of 60v which is the maximum output level of the charge controller as I understand it.
@@sustainableorange Not sure about that, the charge controller in battery mode goes up to 75 volts, that may be the low voltage range, but if you switch to inverter mode it goes well past 75 volts, mine was at 114 volts on the last test. But then i got the fault “voltage out of range” I was told by the manufacturer, Growatt,These inverters are not made for Windturbine’s nor will they work with any wind turbines. The hardware and software is not compatible. The dip shits at Tesup don’t know that yet.
Interesting. I thought it peaked at 60v from the documents I had read. I know there is an adjustment screw for output voltage, I’ve got an inline volt & current meter on mine but I’m not able to run my system yet whilst I’m without the inverter. I will share these details once I get mine up and running. I wonder if there is a sweet spot between current and voltage for inverter start up? Inverters have a minimum current as well as voltage to start up.

Hopefully the inverter will arrive soon 👍
I hope so too!
I would love to see how the battery pack is made and the cost vs buying a pre-built one.

Do not buy from Tesup. Scam company
I have heard these are very bad. I hope you have more luck than everybody else. Regards

@@sustainableorange cool let us know how you get on mate
Hi, how have you got on with this Turbine so far. Is it generating power anything as good as it claims on paper
If they aren't shipping the products purchased it seems like the first step into crap
