Nice little brew kit. Question about the windscreen. Think you could just put 2 slits in the screen to where the rearmost 2 pot stand arms could slip through and just let the screen suspend from to raise it up to protect the flame?

I love your stove burn comparison tests, how would all the stoves compare to a penny type stove with the little burner holes around the edges if you used the little 1oz round tin . Does the tiny flames do any improvement over your own type with the felt inside ? Video idea ?
👍👍👍 Very nice 😊. I would add short length of waxed jute cord to use as a taper. Dip the tip into the fuel, light with the Bic (or anything else) and then light the burner. Holding a Bic upside down over a a flammable liquid makes me uneasy 😏. Windscreen .. I saw somewhere, another You Tuber who solved his 'height / storage' problem by having two (lower in height sections) and then slotting them together, one above the other to get the required height. Perhaps worth consideration? Thanks for sharing .. take care ..
I've seen people dip a twig or such into the alcohol and them light it. but the wax cord would be handy. I may experiment using the stirring stick. The slotted wind screen it a good Idea, I'm going to give it a try.

I have a similar setup, but my stove extinguisher & wind screen are made out of aluminum foil.
