Those look like the lakes in Bloomfield Hills and West Bloomfield. My daughter lives near Pine Lake. I built a boat like this in high school in 1975 out here in Southern California.
no I do not have the plans, you have to buy them from Clarkcraft - they hold the rights to the plans. I bought the hydro from someone else and made engine changes and improvements - she is for sale on Craignslist - Metro Detroit - if you are interested...
Lol what u didn't figure out ir body positioning. Not so comfy on the old knees I know. But don't let it chop hop on ya like that its just not nessasary. But she wicks up nice huh..
If ur gonna b that weirdo who puts a chair seat in a knee class hydro at least move it far enough to front so it’s not hopping at the nose so much when trying to make a pass. It’s embarrassing for all us knee racers
Look in good beautiful little boat

Great 3 point. It's a great combo
very cool,i want one.yours is very balanced, never dips while getting in,quite impressive!
+Scott Clark - sold it a while ago - summer 2014.....
Congratulations is a beautifull boat and runs fast!!!
@BushLizard2 - thanks BushLizard2!!!! Can't wait for the warm temps to run her again this summer!!!
Looks funny starting it in neutral, used to the speedmaster gearboxes on our racing hydro's. Could use the motor higher on the transom
This boat is for sale, once the weather breaks it will be on Craigslist/Detroit Metro
Mite b as simple as ur trim motor is pointed up to high making u hop besides ur sitting
Don't be slowing down for turning and don't be turning right.

Good luck selling, nice to see it run.
This is funny that engine belongs on a 14 foot lund fishing boat
the motor might be positioned abit too high, judging the sound it could drive faster and quieter that way? great wehicle though!
If possible may try lowering motor in water another inch or so more traction b good
Everybody bounces a little until you get to full throttle - that's how you dial it in....
A early morning ride, they do not like waves.................................
what size prop and pitch ? Speed and rpm? I'm building something similar
How much do these boats cost wouldn't mind have one I build strip boat my isDaniel is there a number I can get in thouch wid u
looks like platte lake
Who built it?
need it high to go fast...
cool !

how fast does this boat go? i was thinking of building a small fleet but would like to know the speed before i fork out the money...
I raced them, much different engine/setup, but we hit 72 mph with a 7.5 champion engine on 11'9" pickle fork hydro
OMG fix the trim
setup isn't very good, raise the engine, throw that gearbox on ebay and put a speedmaster gearbox on it, lots more, but that's a start
didnt look right did it
