First, before I finish the video, let me just say that your audio is way better balanced than it used to be. The intro music and your voice sound much more in line with each other.
If there's one thing I've learned about designing multi item sorters, it's that I always return to item reservation. If there's a second thing I've learned about designing multi item sorters, it's that I can't make them with as sick a beat as yours.
It is definitely old School - like me :-) Maybe someone has already made this back in the day, but I haven't seen it before. I love the simplicity of it (but I am not so fond of the noise).
@MineTheFab Just the style of it made me think of when I was learning redstone. I would play Minecraft with my daughters, and they would always have me do their redstone for them.
The last time I used a pre-Nether sorting system was when I made a world in 1.15 and I wanted it to have an untouched Nether when the update rolled out. I’m curious how things have changed
Hi 😊 You have seen this exact design before? Because I have not. Which honestly surprised me, since it is so simple. But haven’t made allocated slot storage for years and years now.
@ the only reason is because like you said the noise. Another reason was the amount of resources needed for sorting when using as a main storage was greater then the non slot. Plus you will always have to keep one item in the slot.
Yeah! For Years I have designed storage using Indexes instead. The latest being the FabMiss 4.0. There fast and cool. But early game or if you don't care much for redstone that's not and option.
Really nice design pretty easy to make and remember 👌
Thank you 🙏🏼 And happy holidays 😊

You are genuinely one of my favorite redstoners! Thanks for the Christmas treat!
Happy holidays! :-)

Hahaha! Happy holidays 😊🙏🏼
This is great, exactly what i needed
Love to hear it 😊 Happy Holidays!
I love this!! This is so impressive!
I love stuff like this. Thank you!
Nice, reminds me of the type of redstone I used to do back in 1.8

haha! Same here. Except it was sons.
@MineTheFab That's awesome, minecraft is my guilty pleasure now, the kids don't play anymore, but I love playing this game.
@ Ha! I also continued when the kids stopped. 😊

Not much 😂 Not in this system.
Standard slot allocated multi item sorter

Cool. Det her skal jeg huske
quartz isnt so hard to get that id put up with that clicky noise. certainly wouldnt want to buidl a mega sorter with it. but functional is functional.
Everyone plays there own way. Choices are good. Happy holiday 🙏🏼
very cool
