What’s amazing to me is the Grace Mark gives these restaurants. He has more understanding of food, culture and true quality real real taste. Most of the people he has serving him don’t have a clue and he just gives them so much grace. Why I love this channel
Mark continues to out-do himself. I started watching his videos years ago, when he was vlogging from remote village restaurants in India and Asia. IMHO his content is better than any others on commercial television. His videos and travel series are epic, and this current US tour is no exception.

I have to say mussels are my favorite seafood. Growing up with fishermen and lobstermen on Cape Cod...I am picky about freshness.I love it ALL!!! FORTH of July.....all the families would gather and just eat and eat and eat...volleyball and fireworks afterward....LOL
This was obviously a reaction when Chef Stephan is told that the guy who is in his way in the kitchen has over 9 million RUclips subscribers. I have no problem with a man doing his job and taking pride in his work, I also have no problem when he realizes who he was shooing out of his workplace is and trying to smooth things over. The food looks amazing and I think the whole video of Docks was perfect. Thank you Mr. Wiens for giving an artist his space and appreciating his work.

I love chef Stephan so much, I worked as a sous chef in a seafood restaurant just like that in Seattle and it was such a fun place to work.

Probably the oysters at the beginning are Blue Point oysters, originally from Long Island sound, but now harvested all over the east coast. Delish!

I have to say mussels are my favorite seafood. Growing up with fishermen and lobstermen on Cape Cod...I am picky about freshness.I love it ALL!!! FORTH of July.....all the families would gather and just eat and eat and eat...volleyball and fireworks afterward....LOL
That first sandwich made by the lady in the blue top , looks fantastic and so delicious, I’d def give it a go

This was obviously a reaction when Chef Stephan is told that the guy who is in his way in the kitchen has over 9 million RUclips subscribers. I have no problem with a man doing his job and taking pride in his work, I also have no problem when he realizes who he was shooing out of his workplace is and trying to smooth things over. The food looks amazing and I think the whole video of Docks was perfect. Thank you Mr. Wiens for giving an artist his space and appreciating his work.
