I think that they just get tired of the same questions over and over! Very few interviewers are intelligent enough for in depth questioning. Also, I bet that they had to wait for the interview to begin. They are all cool with each other, all that hype about Brie is just because she is a sarcastic person but she sometimes doesn't add any inflections in her voice or face. (I am very familiar with this because most people think I'm a complete bitch when they first meet me). I'm sarcastic about 95% of the time so I feel natural with it, but I do come off bitch/bitter, people who are able to pick up on irony quickly are cool with me immediately.

I think these interviews are quite exhausting after doing them over and over again and answering the same questions agin and again. But a good interviewer can ask good questions and transfer energy to the actor. Because there isn't an audience clapping like on talkshows. But if the questions are asked in a boring way, the conversation is slow and quite serious and dry. But having to ask three stars at the same time is really a tough job. I'm not even sure how likely it is to get good answers and results out of such an interview? This interview here appears to be dry and slow and a bit awkward. They say that 3 is the ideal number of people on a podcast. My two favourite podcasts have mostly 3 guys chatting but sometimes it's two. If there are 4, it gets difficult. So interviewing two people is good but one guy interviewing three guys is kinda a mess.
I have to say Larson is horrible. Seems like she had to answer all questions. She berates men and talk about beanie babies. I don't like pineapples but pineapple flavor.

Because a) the interviewer is asking boring questions in a slow way. b) he has to sit across not 1, not 2 but 3 actors which makes coordination quite hard. c) the interview never gets into a flow. You know it yourself. Conversations with people can be horrible but if you find the right topic and you click, then you start enjoying the conversation and you automatically go back and forth. But with interviews asking interesting and good questions is really hard and without a great interviewer, these interviews are slow, boring, awkward and even for me as a fan of Brie (and interviews with Brie and Sam) I have to pass on this one.

I don't think these three are happy to do the 100th or 500th interview for Kong with the same questions. Then the interviewer has a tough job of interviewing 3 guys at the same time. Not one which is rather easy. Not two, where he could profit from the dynamic between Brie and Sam. And the questions are asked in a rather unethusiastic way. It's hard to react full of joy to boring questions. Brie has great interviews but also some like this one that I find really awkward to watch. Interviews itself are relatively pointless. It's promotion and blah blah most of the time.
It's true because there is no flow in this conversation. The questions are not so interesting and asked way to slowly. I don't necessarily blame the interviewer since he has the tough if almost impossible job to get good and funny responses out of these three stars. You have to be really good to make that and the three have to be in the mood for playing around. After answering the same questions 100s of times, they are tired of most of the questions I think.
