Going to try this very soon. Loved that you used different color bell peppers. Will work great with the family members that don't like green but will eat red or yellow. Thank you for sharing.

I like to wash the quinoa before using it. Even if the package says it's been pre-washed. It removes the bitterness. I like this recipe and I can't wait to try it.

Happy New Year! What exactly is quinoa? I'm having a hard time with NEW stuff or stuff I didn't grow up with! Can you help a 54 year old out!? Thanks in advance.

Quinoa is a high protein seed, if you will. We treat it like a grain but I've learned it's not. I love it. I like using it as a main course or in place of rice. Check out his link and read up on it www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/06/19/what-is-quinoa_n_7612836.html Be sure and check out the video I released today Acorn Squash Soup. ruclips.net/video/XSisgne5jcw/видео.html

You should look into other oils for cooking. Olive Oil is damaged by heat :/

Daniel Ray Yeah I've heard that. I remember when Veggie Oil was at the top of the heap. Times, tastes, and trends change like waves. To each his own.
