Make sure, in Layers, that the circle is selected. Move the mouse pointer slowly over the circle ... the mouse pointer will change.

After I create the elipse and hover over it to put the text, it doesn't let me insert the text for it to curve around the elipse. It just adds a new layer of text. Is there a setting I need to change in order for it to curve with the elipse?
