      Not a snooze bike. I had a Bandit 12S, in-line 4, 100hp, 70ft/lb torque, 1200cc. The 8R has at least as much felt torque as the Bandit. It's quick, nimble and very torque'y. It's not a racer but it will give you a run for the money.

    I bought this bike in blue a month ago, sold it back to the dealership last week for a Kawasaki ZX10R.
    For over 20 years I’ve had Honda CBRs so I thought I would try something different with the GSX 8R, but it’s a very boring bike.
    Hell I even got the ecu flashed by TST Industries, installed the full Akrapovic exhaust system, but still found it boring.
    Now it is a very comfortable bike to ride for hours and hours, but I think anyone who has had sport bikes you’re going to be disappointed in this bike.

    I really like this bike but seriously.. since when cant people hold in a start button for 2 seconds or need help not stalling the bike. If you haven’t mastered those things you don’t belong on a 800cc.
    Only thing that puts me off are those front lights 🤮

  • @stoggy4839
    @stoggy4839 4 месяца назад

    It depends. If they just follow the other manufacturers they will stay behind them.
    They need to make the right changes.
    ABS still sucks. Cut it.
    MySpin is a waste of time and doesn't add value. Cut it.
    Automatic transmissions are stupid.
    Electro Crap suspension is stupid.
    Access to the ECU. So we can adjust our own fuel maps, without spending a bunch of money to do it.
    None of the 8s/8r have fully adjustable suspension.
    E=mc E!=mc^2. If the weight of the bike goes up the size of the brakes don't need to be smaller.
    You can replace halogen turn signals for led turn signals for $7 per pair. From amazon, then you get fast flash too.
    TFT dashes are better then LCD. I think analog tachs with LCD numbers are the best though.
