Braun competed in strongman. It would of been interesting to see Brock compete in his prime but he’s a little older now. But if they both got into a real street fight, Brock would win.

Braun used to compete in strongman competitions so he's definitely more physically strong but Brock actually knows how to fight and has other strong attributes. He's insanely fast for a guy his size

Brock Lesnar in his prime was the most complete WWE wrestler ever. He was strong enough to body slam Henry, Show, Kane and Taker multiple times, he was fast enough to catch up with Mysterio, Tajiri, Hardy, he was acrobatic enough as well to perform somersaults, moonsaults like Guerreros and RVD.
I have not seen any other wrestler do all this like Lesnar had. For me Brock Lesnar 2002-2004 will always be the most complete WWE wrestler to ever step foot inside the ring.

Lifting a human being and lifting weights are VERY different things. Brock can lift people since his form and technique is insane. He’s a wrestler so he’s been running those drills his whole life. However, Braun competed in strongman competitions, so I have no doubts Braun can deadlift and press more far weight than Brock can.

As a former strongman he is undoubtedly pretty strong, but lifting weights doesn't translate into fighting strength, which is why he qualifies his answer. It is likely he can lift more than Lesnar, but in terms of putting that strength into a fight (or a wrestling match) when it comes to things like tecnhique, timing and movement then obviously Lesnar comes out way ahead.
Braun has so much respect he's also has a cool cool personality!

One of the best heavyweights ever. Mir, one of, if not the best jujitsu heavy weight. And juiced Alistair, an absolute legend. He's a guy who had close to no mma background, stepped in with the biggest names in the game, and did damn well. There's so few guys who have ever fought that could have done what he did.

Brock wouldn’t be able to compete in Strongman competitions like Strowman did. Lesnar is no doubt probably the most explosive of the two and more balanced due to his technique but there is a difference lifting men who give support and balance to the lifts, as opposed to lifting upwards of 900lbs of dead weight

If you people don't know Strowman is 6'8 well over 300 pounds don't know, and all the Brock Fan boys he was indeed a professional strongman and thrown everything across wrestling rings including brock. I will say everyone knows Brocks background he is indeed 10 times more explosive in raw power then Strowman, Like he said, techniques goes to him also so his style of lifting anything is very different from a lot of superstars so i would say 50/50
