Okay, I'm in FW, Texas dealing with this snow storm and I was short on a few ingredients 😭 Nonetheless, I made this soup using what I had which were, 6 tomatillos, 1 huge jalapeño and 2 serranos for the broth and topped it off with Oaxaca Cheese and Romaine lettuce(it's what I had okay 😪). THIS WAS AMAZING! My whole family loved it. I can't wait till this freeze blows over so I can go grocery shopping and make the full recipe. Oh, and I added papas 🥔 to the soup. Thank you, Claudia!!! 🥰
I literally made your Chicken Tortilla Soup today and OMG i gotta make this one next time! Looks soooooo good! Enchiladas Verdes are my fave so i KNOW this is gonna be amazing! 🔥🤤
now that you have taught me how to use chili's the authentic mexican way, i am going to try to do this recipe with chili pods and tomatoes to make a red sauce instead. i love all your recipes but hubby has diverticulosis and can't have any kind of seeds!..thank you...i hope you & your family have fun, peaceful holidays.

This looks so yummy and comforting! I like that you put the cheese in the individual bowls so you can have it as cheesy as you want and when you refrigerate the whole pot it will stay good longer. Lol you know what I mean.
