Malls are falling out of favor, nationwide, and shopping districts are reverting back to way things were before with outdoor, street parking, walkable areas. Good example is Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, Downtown Redlands, Old Town Orange in the OC.
Spent a lot of time and money at that Sears automotive in the 90s. My crappy Subaru always needed service, and sears was the only place I could get credit from. I Kinda miss inland center mall
The closed out store there was a Sears witch went out of business all their locations were shut down along with all K-mart stores that were owned by Sears so now a days you may not find any of them around it seems.

Sundays when the mall was closed back in the late sixties, my dad took me to the Inland Center parking lot to teach me how to drive. 😊
