    They all sound good, might be because my soundsystem here at home consist of L'acoustics 108p speakers :)

    Judging from this video and the ipad mini 2 and audiotechnica m50x I'm using, L Acoustics sounds cleanest and Bose sounds most neutral.

    Bose and RCF

    1. L acoustics
    2. Martin audio
    3. Db technologies
    4. Bose ( sounded most neutral)
    Rcf would be on this list but it sounds a little bit to sharp in other words I feel like it's very aggressive in the mid range frequencies. And the turbosound sounded to thin! And electro voice sounds a bit to barky

    For me, it's RCV vs L acoustics. I feel the RCF just edges out the L acoustic with RCF having less harsh vocals.

    Sean, have you or anyone you know tried the dB Technologies DVA M2M&S? If so, how's the performance? Really interested in getting two pairs per side for a venue. Thanks.

    • @MusiciansPro
      @MusiciansPro  9 лет назад +1

      They sound great. Performance is similar to DVA T4. Be sure to check the MAX SPL specs and run DVA Composer to do a virtual SPL plot for your space.

    All of these shoot outs I've been impressed with RCF. Gotta say it's consistently my favourite. Sounds the most natural.
    1. RCF
    2. L-Acoustics
    3. D&bB
    4. Bose

      When you said D&bB, you obviously meant dB technologies, not D&B Audiotechnik. Everybody gets these brands confused, and only dB technologies was included in this demo.

      I didn’t like the Bose RoomMatch deltaQ system at all. It seemed thin and harsh sounding. My favorite was a tie between Martin and L-acoustics, followed by RCF.

      +MusiciansPro Judging by this video I would say L´Acoustics and VUE sounds best, and that DB Tech sounds surprisingly good. The only one that sounds bad is Worx. But of it´s of course impossible to judge a line array by listening to a YT-video, so I look forward to the summary

    • @MusiciansPro
      @MusiciansPro  9 лет назад +3

      +rockaround71 - Very good interpretation. Summary coming soon. Some had odd mid-peaks and a few had a lack of fullness or low mids. There were about 6 winners out of the 12. I'm most interested in the cost/performance ratio and will be focusing on that in my summary/review. Thanks.

    1. DB technologies(suprised) warm bass, tight snare, fully expressed vocals.
    Worst one of course RCF, seems like its clipping of booing even with playback. No mids no proper midbass just boo. Lacoustics seems like they just turned down the quality from WAV/FLAC to youtube ripped MP3… snare is everywhere with no particular note. Absolutely no midbass, vocals sounds like in deep tunnel. EAW was ok. Others were very meh. Suprised by how good actually db sounds. Lacoustics and RCF fanboys should check their hearing or listen to proper point sources before saying that lacoustics sound natural.. or RCF… the most unnatural sound you can get probly..

    1. RCF
    2. EAW ( так как верхняя середина на этом аппарате рулится легко в любую сторону, то в данном случае наверно намеренно прибрана, что совсем не помешало детализации инструментов)
    Остальное всё плоско и дрянно, особенно MLA...
