For me, this has been a long process and it is a cliché but the real results come when you are constant. I didn't know how to do pull-ups last year. About 5 months ago I subscribed to a gym and started practicing every 2 days at least for 5 mins. The exercises that were more useful for me were the negative pull-up and the Australian pull-up. Now I'm able to do 1 great pull-up (full-body) and 3 regulars. My goal is that in the next 3 months, I can be able to do 10 full-body pull-ups. I don't know if it is too much but I'll do my best.

I started doing calisthenics a little over a year ago. I’m 43 years old. I’ve never worked out except for in high school. I have never done a pull up before when I started calisthenics, I couldn’t keep my head above the bar for a negative. On Friday I did my first pull up after working the plan that you laid out on this video. This was such a big achievement for me because My pull exercises have been the slowest part of my journey. Thanks guys.
