    3 Green Chillies
    2 Inch Ginger
    1/2 tsp Methi Dana
    1.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Kasuri Methi
    Coriander Leaves
    FOR MAKING PAKODA
    1 Cup Besan
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
    1/4 tsp Ajwain
    1 tsp Kasuri Methi
    A Pinch Hing
    1/2 Cup Water
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    2 - 3 Green Chillies
    1 Inch Ginger
    Coriander Leaved
    Oil For Frying

    2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
    A pinch of Hing
    2 Dried Red Chillies
