Mix, wait and bake.
3/12 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
1 3/4 cup water.
Mix everything together. Cover and wait for proofing over night.
Bake it on 425 F 30-40 minutes if you not bake it in the pot.
In the pot 30 minutes with the lid and 15 minutes without the lid.
425 F and I am not warning the pot.
If you want to bake it in 2 hours then use warm water and wait until
doubles.
