Hello, can you explain if for example you started at 9:37? What would the start time be when it is is 15 minute incremembents? 9:30? Then chart for 9:37? I don’t get it
When I’m doing anesthesia at the clinic I actually write down the start time but I will begin at the the next closet 5 minute point so at 9:40 and move from there 5 minutes from there. But I would write 9:30 on the first time block and then move over 2 lines to the right to start recording your monitoring. Your next time block would be 9:45 and then you would record the 9:45 monitoring time on that line. Basically in your example you would have 2 empty lines at the beginning.
