1:08 i highly reccomend strengthening people with lob, doing it one person at a time until theyre all maxed is a very good way to make sure you always have at least one person whos capable of working with anyone, which is very helpful in case you get a dangerous waw or aleph abnormality
@@asfopYT What I've been doing in my Lobotomy Corporation run after I day 1 restarted is just training my employees and then spending lob until I have around 10 left to upgrade the stats I didn't train. Usually for only one or two levels. I don't know if it'd work for you though..

Today's Shy Look has been a menace to society everytime an employee wanted to work with it. Every video I've seen, every SINGLE time an employee came close to the containment, They would INSTANTLY run to the most angry face. You can tell how many times those poor managers reset.
Today's Shy Look is soooo annoying. More annoying than difficult, really. I think the experience would be better if he stopped swapping faces as soon as you assigned work, but I get that's not what they were going for with this one

Yeah, I feel like I have a better understanding now of how to deal with agents if I ever restart. I'll try to get better at spending my lob

The downside is usually so much greater than the upside too. You really need to know how to use the tools to get value
