- Diploma and transcript of records will be digitized as the Commission on Higher Education or CHED and the Department of Information and Communications Technology or DICT signed the memorandum of agreement on the matter.

They should talk or discuss about the job requirements/qualifications first in the Philippines. That's why most of the strong willed people out there falsify some documents especially diploma and tor because of the requirements that didn't hit the spot.
Although this is a great idea because of securing and authenticity of documents of a certain Individual Filipino. But not today.
Can we complain about the slow release of our TOR? Kailangan kasi sa work pero grabe ang tagal ng release

Nakakaumay na , unfair yung ibang colleges may diploma agad sa graduation nila, Eh kami 2months na delayed parin wala parin ang Diploma !!
Mgnda may barcode yung diploma mo para scan sa cp madali na hindi mahirap yung HR ng mga manning agency or land base agency na I verified yung diploma nila or certificate at experience kung totoo,, pinag hihirapan kasi yan ng mga kababayan natin totoo ng sisikap sa buhay makatapos lng ng pag aaral..

Same din po samin, gusto ko na Sana mag take ng LET kaso di makapag file dahil Ang tagal ng release ng TOR.
Khit renewal na lng kc nakakuha kna same parin yong tagal grabi. Dito mo makikita yong slow ng DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION kung paano tromabaho. Ilang future at work opportunity yong nasasayang dahil sa tagal ng release nila ng school

Very inconvenient ng Process ng TOR, DEPLOMA AND CUV upon request 1 to 2 motnhs bago i release grabing hustle even kaya nmn i release ito ng week lng kc may record nmn na ang school at specially credited at verified ang school ng CHED. Like pag apply mo sa PNP, BJMP. ETC. may target date lng recruitment nila dahil sa tagal ng requirements mo na i release di ka na makapg apply. Paano na lng yong isang chance na lng nya sana yon kc mag o ver age na tapos ganun pa pamamalakad. Subrang inconvenient ng processo mg CHED.
