    A similar thing occurred in my life. I've sadly never seen justice and my whole life has never been the same. I can't afford to appeal so I'm stuck for life. It's shocking!
    I believe that false claims should be punishable with the claimants receiving the exact same prison term the alleged offender received. That would be justice? Also to pay back any monetary compensation subsequently claimed. These fake lying claimants put true victims often in position where they're doubted.

    Does everyone watching this realize you could be the victim of a false accuser or your son or your brother. Don’t be fooled into thinking it could not happen. Please help to get the system changed.

    Show this woman, why the false accuser has the privilege to be anonymous?

    • @hd-xc2lz

      If she faces no jail for a false accusation, then at least privilege of anonymity ought to be removed.

    How does the British legal system work? Can he sue her for this trauma? In the US system, he could file a civil suit and win.

    • @BadgerUKvideo
      @BadgerUKvideo 6 месяцев назад

      You can sue for emotional distress but suing is seen as a waste of resources and dishonourable here. If one were to do so they'd have to keep it private lest becoming a social pariah.
      If her identity got revealed she'd likely not be able to get employment again.

      @@BigDuke6ixxKeeping it private after seeking public funding would be almost impossible.
      He'd have to move somewhere where no-one knew him and get a new name.
      It just wouldn't be worth it unless it was millions. If anyone knew he was the sort of person that would sue they wouldn't want to associate with him.

    Unfortunately, having worked inside prisons; helping elderly, mentally challenged and disabled inmates, mostly, I can say that there are a high percentage of men who have likely been wrongfully convicted of historical abuse, particularly. Most cases are older than 20 years. Some cases were glaringly faulty, such as Davenport vs Palmer which dated back to 1984, when Richard was a 15 year old. Prosecution submitted no evidence at all, the story was highly unlikely and no corroboration could support her story. Also, she admitted that a 1988 charge she had brought against Richard Davenport - her brother, was made up. He had in fact shown that he was living in France for the year. In fact, the trial was strongly in favour of Richard until the last day. Overnight, the prosecution had contacted the judge, in an email which despite protestations to various authorities, Richard was never allowed to see. In a turn-around, the judge spent the final day lambasting Richard and allowing the jury to once again watch the video of his sister crying during interview. A clear case of misdirection as this is not allowed to be shown and no balancing statement was allowed. It also was seen that the prosecution representative was personal friends with the judge and in fact sat as a stand-in judge in his very chair. Davenport received 10 years after winning an appeal against the original 14 year sentence.

    Financial incentives are available and encouraged by firms such womens aid agencies. Not all advocates, but alot of them abuse the system. I know someone got paid £800 in their pocket and legal aid. Alot of local authorities have targets on how many customers they can serve, inturn their funding is increased year upon year. Its a business unfortunetly like alot of things. Sad part is the people that genuinely need the service have to wait longer because of those attracted by the financial incentives.

    I just ordered the transcript of My wife who went into ex Parte to get a DVPO. With a bizarre story and no evidence. The commissioner told her it wasn’t enough for a dvpo and that is was a week petition. The judge then went on to coach my wife, allowed her to fabricate her story in the court room and then hand wrote the statement for her but in her (the judges) own words. When she was satisfied, she said ok now I will grant you a DVPO. Is that legal? I was literally removed from my children, my home, finances, and any evidence I could have used to defend myself.

    what is going on in our western world, when ideology can hold the justice system hostage and force it to do it the bidding of social justice warriors? we did not defeat nazi germany for this, and we did not prevail over the soviet union for this. extremely sad and an insult to all who have fought and given their lives for freedom and justice.

    I love how the TV presenters don't challenge the CPS, don't have a representative come in and demand their explanation and somebody to be fired immediately.
    Or at least show their FACES, their names, where they live. They are civil servants after all. They have to be held accountable.
