Timesavers 32 Series HWRB for deburring, edge rounding, finishing, oxide skin and heavy slag removal

Our Timesavers 32 series HWRB provides flawless solutions for deburring, edge rounding, finishing, laser oxide removal and heavy slag removal. This machine achieves the highest quality through a multi-rotating brush technique with four brushes that deburr and round edges of metal. This ensures that you can create a beautiful radius of up to 2 mm. The 32 series HWRB also comes with customization options including abrasive belt heads and Hammerhead aggregates, making it possible to remove large burrs and create perfect finishes. The machine is ultimately for steel parts, including smaller ones that can be held in place by a magnetic track, but can also be used for other materials. This rotary brush machine has a working width of 1100 mm and is therefore more compact than its 42 series HWRB counterpart.
