    If you were unable to understand here is a quick overview: The guide introduces herself and lists through the rooms they will see. Then as they begin the tour the mirror has the villain take over. The guide keeps trying to tell the group everything's okay, but is obviously very scared. In the end the villain tries to sacrifice everybody to the cauldron, but the little girl stops him. As an epilogue the group is told they were courageous and, "earnestly, thank you!"

      “(Evil laugh) Everyone welcome. In this Black Cauldron, everything in the world is controlled. Don’t be afraid. It will all be over shortly. No one can escape from here and you’ll be sacrificed to the Black Cauldron. Oh Satan’s kiln… awaken and resurrect the soldiers of death! Rebuild an army without rivals! The Army of Death… rise! The devil’s servants… go and capture them and throw them into the cauldron! Don’t leave anyone behind! The Black Cauldron wants more bodies! I swear to the death! • @erinhicks4190
      @erinhicks4190 4 года назад +7

      Basically, they're going on a tour of Cinderella's castle and it goes completely wrong. In the first room, she's introducing them to famous Dinsey heroes when the mirror introduces the famous Disney villains and sends them into the dungeons. Throughout the tour, they avoid more and more villains and their minions. Throughout all the rooms, the mirror and the skull on the wall encourage the tour guide to turn back for the sake of the tour members' lives. Eventually, you stumble upon a room that explains the story of the Disney movie "The Black Cauldron," where the guide explains the chosen one and the Sword of Light defeated the Horned King. The cast member then chooses a member of the tour (almost always a child) to help defeat the Horned King with the Sword of Light. They stumble into the final room, which houses the Horned King. In this room, the Horned King tells the audience that they will be used in the Black Cauldron to help him and the villans gain power. This is when the chosen one in the tour will point the Sword of Light at the Horned King, which is defeated by the flashes of light that are blasted towards him from the sword. He is defeated, the guide presents the chosen one with a medal, and the guide thanks the tour members for their bravery and for sticking with them even though it went completely wrong. They then exit to the "Good Conquers Evil" sign and back into the park.

    • @erinhicks4190
      @erinhicks4190 4 года назад +4

      @@jeremyriley1238 There is a big reason for this bizarre attraction though; Japan's Oriental Land Company, who partly owns Tokyo Disney. They always push the Imagineers to think outside their comfort zone and bring unique rides to their park that their guests can relate to. It was a very unique ride for those that can speak Japanese, but very confusing for those that could not. That is why any guests that could not speak Japanese were discouraged from participating in the attraction.

  • @themeparkreview

    @planclops If I understood some it right, the Magic Mirror interrupts the tour to say how the Disney Villains are wrongly justified and basically puts the castle under the control of the Horned King from the Black Cauldron. He tries to "raise the dead" and a child is chosen from the audience to defeat the Horned King with a sword. I think that's the gist of it; the castmember talked too fast for me to catch it all. Hope this helps.

      Brandon Troia True. Plus, Japanese kids can handle violent and scary imagery better than American kids (as some of the anime they make have characters being killed off in gruesome ways. Heck, even Super Sentai, a series that would be brought to America and adapted into Power Rangers, had some scary images and moments of intense violence and characters being killed off.).

    Dude, Mark is HOT. Just sayin'. Also, this whole tour seems WAY too dark for Disney. There is a reason The Black Cauldron is the only Disney animated film to be rated PG and not G. That movie is way to dark for kids.

    That looks epic. To bad the US doesn't have this tour. It would be fun to se th Black cauldrin and the Horned King.

      @@diegofavaratozfilms962 actually, it was because of earthquake safety standards being updated. This was a popular attraction despite being scary. The Japanese audience like dark stuff unlike westerners

    i think they advise Americans/ people not fluent in Japanese not to go on it because there is zero English in it at all, and it revolves around spiels from cast members, so it's kinda pointless for them to go on.
