PAELLA VALENCIANA with vegetables: Ingredients: 1 cup zucchini 1 cup red & green pepper 1 cup roget bean and leek 1 garlic clove 3 spoons of grated tomato 1 spoon of paprika 2 cups of bomba rice ( 400gr aprox) 10 cups of water Olive oil Salt Fry the vegetables with oil and salt. When they are well fried add the tomato and fry until it reduces. Add the paprika, stir a few times and pour the water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes. Taste for salt and correct if necessary ( it needs to be quite tasty because later you add the rice) Add the rice, stirr well and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. The following 10 minutes over low heat. Let the rice rest a little and enjoy Vincent!! Lots of love from Spain! 😊❤
Thank you so much for being vulnerable and open about the emotional turmoil you went through. People on the internet are still people and we all deal with different situations in our own ways. As a person that cries when I get stressed (which I do get pretty fast) I think it is very important to show emotions (as long as you feel comfortable enough with sharing it). Again, thank you!
For gibanica, you should use 2 sheets of filo, sprinkle a mixture of oil and water between the first and the second and add the filling to the second. I do agree that the flavor is simple, but it's not bad. It's often oily and heavy for me but people love it. I eat it with yoghurt because of it or some tomato sauce. I am Serbian but I think our food is often heavy and oily or too sweet. I recommend sarma with fermented cabbage but to make it properly you need a lot of time, if you rush it, it won't be good. Also, gibanica with homemade filo is a completely different dish, a lot better. Again, I don't like typical Serbian food, I usually change them up, so for filo I don't make it crunchy or oily :)
you should try sabudana khichdi! it's an indian breakfast containing tapioca pearls, potatoes and peanuts. very interesting texture and definitely delicious! i would recommend soaking the tapioca the night before so you don't have to wait around in the morning.
a great vegetarian recipe - quinoa-chickpeas curry with coconut milk, esp if you are into spicy foods now there are multiple versions described - more dry, more soupy, with potatoes, without potatoes, quinoa only, quinoa and rice - but they are all good and delish :)
Hi! You should really try Syrnyky, this is a traditional Ukrainian breakfast! Syrnyky Recipe (Cottage cheese pancakes) Ingredients 200 grams cottage cheese 1 large egg 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. semolina 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla sugar Salt (to taste) Oil of choice to sear pancakes (we used coconut oil) Toppings to choose -strawberries -blueberries -sour cream -honey -condensed milk Instructions -Using a sieve and a wooden spoon, mash the cottage cheese until smooth (remove any excess water) -Add egg, flour, semolina, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt and continue mixing batter ensuring there are no lumps. This will look more like a think dough than a traditional pourable pancake batter. -Scoop out the pancake dough and gently flatten the dough ball into a small pancake. Lightly pat the pancake with flour on both sides. You want these small pancakes to be 2-3 inches. -To cook the syrniki: In a skillet, heat 3-4 tablespoons of the oil of your choice (we used coconut oil) and gently place the pancakes into a pan using a spatula. Cook on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until each side is golden brown. Be mindful, or they might get a little too well done! -Once both sides are a golden brown, remove and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve with toppings of your choice.
OMG please try Lithuanian cold soup šaltibarščiai!! It is a beet cold soup and I think you might like it because it is SOUR and does not contain meat!🤗 You can eat it for any course because it is super light and fresh Ingredients: 1 litre of kefir 400 grams of marinated beets 2 cucumbers 1 bunch of spring onions 1 bunch of dill Salt add to taste 2 eggs Side dish of boiled potatoes (optional, but I would recommend it) Recipe: 1 Cut cucumbers into small pieces. Finely chop sprig onions and dill. Grate the beet 2 Put the beet (with all liquid), spring onions, cucumbers into the kefir, mix it up. 3 It is possible to serve the soup immediately after making it, but it is tastier when kept for an hour in the fridge. 4 Serve garnished with boiled eggs and boiled potatoes on the side.
You should try one of these dishes from Egypt, and they're all vegan! Ful Medames for breakfast, Koshari or Mahshi for lunch/dinner. I'm sure you'd like them.
try Iran please. the foods are kinda hard to make for foreigners but there is an easy one, which is called "sosis bandari" (in farsi : سوسیس بندری) which means sausage from the port or port-style sausage. 'Sosis' is the Persian word for sausage, and 'Bandar' means port. its VERY tasty and i make it a lot. here's what you need : 3 or 4 middle sized onions (depends on your sausages) 6 mid sized sausages (bonus point if you can find sausages that are used for sosis bandari) tomato paste black pepper and turmeric you can also add bell pepper or diced potatoes (i usually add bell pepper) here's how to make it: cut your onions in a C shape way (they have to be thin) add some oil to your pan and fry them until they become light and golden. cut your sausages in a D shape now (Cut the sausages in half, then chop them.) not too thin and not too thick. then add them to the pan with the onions. after they were golden as well, then add about a teaspoon of turmeric. now it's time to add the tomato paste. you really have to eyeball it for this one. add until it becomes orange or red enough. don't add a lot though. then add some water for the sausages to cook for a little bit so they wont burn it the pan. then add your black pepper it. it depends how spicy you like it to be. sosis bandari is a spicy dish but you add how much pepper you want. and then after 4 to 5 minutes, voila; your dish is ready to be served. put some in a baguette and enjoy. if you like it with bell peppers, add them when you've added the tomato paste and water. but you have to wait a little longer until they soften. and if you like to add potatoes, its the same. fry them in a different pan to make sure that they are cooked and then add them with the paste or you can add them before you're adding the turmeric. if you make this, i hope you enjoy it a lot 🥰❤😘 also thank you ❤❤❤
You should definitely try a toast with Kachkéis for breakfast. It's a Luxembourgish cheese that gets cooked, it's quite an intense taste, but amazing. In German its called Kochkäse
I am Spanish and vegan for many years... I find the best to make a good veggie paella is good vegetables that have a lot of taste to them, so for example green asparagus and artichoke. Also ofc a sazonador para paella con azafran. It's asparagus season in Germany! now is the time :D
vinsainto, you should try Boeber which a is the Cape Malay- South African pudding. It has become a traditional Arabic sweet, milk drink, made with vermicelli, sago, sugar, and flavoured with cardamom, stick cinnamon, and rose water, very interesting texture and definitely delicious - you will love it so much...
then it’s not the serbian dish anymore, you might as well call it spanakopita. It’s not suppose to me eaten alone, you eat it with other stuff on your plate. I’m serbian and I’ve had this all my life.
Bulgarian here, we call it banica. Sometimes we add minced meat to make it more flavorful, spinach or even sauerkraut (fermented cabbage, but it's not my cup of tea, yuck). But yes, it's meant to eat with yoghurt or something else, it's just too plain to eat it like that.
@@TashiiTwissted yeah..I was just giving him some recommendations because he said he wanted to add some things to it to make it more flavorful. Maybe just caramelized onions to the original recipe should bump up flavor.
So my favourite banitsa (diff name, same pastry really) is with feta and spinach. Its only 1 ingredient more, but adds SO MUCH more to the flavours. Hi, yeah those potatoes are versatile. We even make sandwiches out of them. Just fill it between two slices along with green chutney (made by blending good amount of cilantro, salt, green chili, cumin and garlic)of bread and toast it with butter.
A Hungarian breakfast: Paraszt reggeli (I couldn't find a veggie version but I believe in you) 3 pieces of potatoes 100 grams of smoked bacon 6 eggs 2 onions 100 grams of salami 100 grams of cheese Salt Paprika 2 spring onions Preparation: Dice the potatoes into 1x1 cm cubes, finely chop the bacon, and either the onion or the green part of spring onion (the latter is preferred), along with the leftover salami. good video vincent! i’ll like to see u trying some dominican dishes one day. we have la bandera which is dominican styled rice, beans and meat (since u don’t eat meat u can try stewed eggplant). you can also try habichuelas con dulces or mangú with los tres golpes 🫂
try eggplant bhorta, tomato bhorta and potato bhorta with rice. From Bangladesh. also make an egg omlet to eat with the potato bhorta and rice. its not too complicated and doesn't require many ingredients.

Vinceeeeeent, pls don’t cry over this, you tried your best and also that purchase would have been a waste, so don’t be hard on yourself. You did great ❤
Oooooooh you have to try Poha. It's a typical breakfast from central India. Its literally the easiest to prepare and is made with rice flakes, also called poha, that you can find in any indian store.
Hello, love your videos 😀 please give food from the pacific a chance like for example since I'm from Fiji , I would suggest a nice breakfast food my mum would sometimes make which is called Fijian coconut Lolo buns, which is just buns steamed in coconut milk. They are also great with butter and a cup of hot tea. 😋
You should try making paparajotes, it's a typical dessert from Murcia, Spain (my city). Pretty easy and fun to make and I assure you will never forget them, they're my forever whim when I want something sweet. The only things you can find trouble finding are lemon leaves, but if you can find them, you will love this recipe!
I think you should try your hand at making Shakshuka! It’s technically a breakfast/brunch dish. You should go American and make a good old burger, with American cheese 😎
Great video! If you're looking for great indian recipes I recommend checking out Nisha's Rainbow Plant Life blog! Her chickpea curry is delicious! Ps. Loved the Hamilton shout-out lmaooo
I get it that you might not use the pan often and it would be a waste of space and money. But I’m just putting it out there that actually that pan has uses in various cuisines! The Madagascan dish that you made, Indian Puddu/Paniyaram, and Japanese Takoyaki! And several other creative recipes! 🩷🩷🩷🩷 But also this is just extra info that’s all 🌷
The gibanica is actually sirnica. The dough is really easy to make and the home made dough is soooo much easier to work with. If you want it to be crunchier pour some water+oil the last 15 min of baking. There is a spinach version and its bomb 🤤Also eat it with plain yogurt 😅
Tapioca or crepioca (breakfast from brazil) u can have tapioca sweet or salty and it’s heaven! (I prefer that sweet) Crepioca is basically like a omelette filled with cheese or whatever so a bit more basic but also yummm!
You should try biscuits and gravy from America. You probably won't like making the biscuits though. Gravy is usually with sausage but you don't have to do that. Gravy is easy to make.
In Venezuela isst man arepas zum Frühstück. Dazu schwarze Bohnen Käse Hähnchen oder was auch immer man will. Ich war leider noch nie dort und habe es nur bei meiner Oma gegessen die dort her kommt. Ist aber sehr geil 😍
