  • 4 simple storage idea's for your workshops. As my workshop is all over the place preparing for when I build my mitresaw station, certain things keep getting moved from place to another, so I decided it was time to find a home for it all.
    The curve ball is the 3D printed battery holders, I know not everyone has one, but certainly something I was glad to purchase. the holders work out at 39p each!

    Really liked the battery holder, if only I was computer literate I would get one of those 3D printers and a CNC ☹️

      You really don't need to have any super computer skills to 3D print things. Most of what I print I can find on the internet. The battery holders are a on a file sharing website called thingiverse, all free to download, and then send it to the 3D printer

    Evolution is finally in America so I may have to get a slider.
    Couldn’t see the label on the first can of paint... pretty sure it was Easy Tart brand :^)

      😂😂 yes that well known brand of easy tart, one of the easiest sprays you can get lol. I thought evolution had been in America a while now, seen quite a few people using their metal range in the US?

      @@JamesManCave LMFAO. Metal yes, but I'm seeing the wood range come in lately and get really annoyed I cheaped out with my DeWalt chop saw

    You sure you want those saw blades sticking out exposed like that? Me personally I tend to bump into things occasionally. That’s almost like having exposed wires.

    • @JamesManCave
      @JamesManCave  2 года назад

      The blades are about 7 foot up in the air, I'm 6foot tall so hopefully I don't wear stills into the workshop and forget about them! 😬

    Don't trip and face plant onto those blades, very dangerous.

    • @JamesManCave
      @JamesManCave  4 года назад +1

      They are 7/8 foot high on my cleat wall, and I'm only 6 foot, so shouldn't be an issue

    is this pvc pipe or abs plastic, do you know what kind of tube you used so i can purchase it at my local store? also does the tube wear out and lose grip over time with removal after removal of product?

    • @JamesManCave
      @JamesManCave  Год назад

      Its just standard pvc drain pipe. I can't remember the diameter, but the sizes in my local DIY store was this size (the smaller size) or a larger size. No they didn't wear out, I was concerned with time the containers may slip down in the holders, but this wasn't an issue

    Sorry, mate....but these are INCREDIBLY inefficient ideas....especially the sawblade one.

    • @JamesManCave
      @JamesManCave  4 года назад +1

      For you they might be, but for me the space they take up is dead space I couldn't use for anything else. The can storage works great, the drill storage is perfect!

  • @spiritwings4592
    @spiritwings4592 2 года назад

    I like most of these but that saw blade storage is an accident waiting to happen. Some one is going to get a nasty cut on the head from that.
