I'm not a Zelda fan but this game looks so beautiful.
I was playing "The Frog for Whom the Bell Tolls" recently. It's amazing how similar the game feels to Link's Awakening, being based on the same game engine.
I hope they remake Friends of Mineral Town like this!!! That would be so amazing
What I remember was special from Gameboy:
- BowWow (Pseudo Dog) in chain
- Chickens attack when hitting one repeatedly (like most Zelda)
- Being called a Thief
- The Know-it-All birds
- The Rooster at the end
- The Infinite Labyrinth with the one-eyed statues (Crazy Puzzle)
I’d buy this for the dungeon editor alone. Nintendo, PLEASE make a Zelda Maker using this feature as a template

More than most likely this is a test to see how it is received. Only by being spoken highly of and being taken well in general will it convince them to make a full fledged game based off that concept. I think a lot of people really want it.
First Link’s Awakening then BotW sequel!!! Thank you Nintendo :D
Sooo adorable!!! Definitely getting this one. AND.. iM uSiNg TiLt ShIfT
I really hope they port/remaster more old Zelda games to Switch.
Ocarina of Time is my favorite loz game, but Link's Awakening might steal first place
I love this!!

I take it you missed the original on the gameboy?
@@gamersinger5118 Yeah, I wasn't alive around that time, I do have a game boy but since the games are obsolete I haven't been able to get one ;-;

This will be your chance. It is a very solid game no doubt, and that ending. That ending will hit you hard. Though how it hits you is dependent on your own way of looking at it. It strikes deep that's for sure. And you might even be thinking about it long after it has ended. Hope you enjoy.
@@gamersinger5118 Thanks so much! Though, I really want to play it however I'm too poor to afford a switch, not even a Wii, sadly. But I'll watch gameplay, so still thanks!

Certainly. Even I have to admit from time to time in order to experience a particular story in a game I may watch it on youtube or something. But I have experienced some amazing stories that I might not have due to my very strict purchasing of video games in general. In short. I only buy it if it is nearly guaranteed to be amazing in every aspect. I buy so few games these days though because of that.
Dampe is right up there with the happy mask salesman as one of the most mysterious Zelda characters now.
Now we just need a Legend of Zelda and Zelda II: Adventure of Link remakes.
Idk about 2 no one likes that one, the first 1 for sure though
A lot of people like Zelda II.
Audrey is a great commentator. She can play, tell you what's goin on and is very clear and articulate. Most people trying to play and give commentary I feel like are about to have an anxiety attack. They just can't think of what to say. You can tell she's played the game before.
Nintendo: Remaking childhoods!
No, seriously, this was my childhood and I love my childhood! xD
From 22:16 all the way to the end of the dungeon, there are tons of lighting glitches. I really hope they fixed them by now. I can't wait for this game to release!
BOTW: too few dungeons, Link's awakening remake: hold my beer...👀
I hate the dungeons anyway
Not really how that meme works.
So, this is gone to have less dungeons? lol
@@vel2118 cool, then you're not a zelda fan, bc that was what the zelda games were known for
@@jackflash8567 yes it does
honestly that dungeon arranger has completely sold me, i was a bit on the fence about getting this at first, but now im gonna get it asap. XD thanks nintendo!
Aonuma: "I'm not really good at videos games."
*Is actually good at video games
Probably just that Japanese culture keeping him humble. I bet he can beat any Zelda game in his sleep.
An absolute "must buy" for me. I never played the original Link's Awakening, but I have always wanted to play this game. This remake looks wonderful and I love that we have a dungeon creator tool!
