The 4 hourseman is one of my favorite episodes from season 2 (I liked the one in the past and in the future the most). They were faced with a serious dilemma - save Prue and risk many people die or let Prue die, stop Hoursemans but then Power of Three will be broken so also many people would be at risk. Now after many years it reminded me of The Messengers series - where villains were also The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Also that Phoebe and Hourseman talk was ineteresting - she was not only born at manor but also in her previous life she was evil and he could sense that (I don't think that he could sense what they have seen in the future).
Season 3 is my favorite season by far. The writing and acting is stepped up tremendously!! Huge noticeable improvement. Can't wait to see you guys react to that one.
Yessss keep watching the series. You wont regret it, you’ll be able to fully connect with the sisters and others. I really want to see you guys react to the rest of the show. I don't know if you noticed it since you didn't include it here but Shannen directed episode 22, which I guess explains why it felt that much more personal in comparison to other episodes imo, her directing style always felt a bit darker even when the script has funny moments, and iirc she also directed the finale on season 3, which I can't wait to see your reaction to, since it's one of the most important episodes in the entire series. As for continuing the series, in hindsight part of me wishes I had stopped after season 3 ended but at the same time I still enjoyed the rest of the series and think season 4 and maybe 5 if squint and look to the side a bit are a must.

I'm actually on team Dan! I loved Leo but after he revealed a whitelighter & became flaky, when Dan came I instantly loved him for Piper. Piper is my fave sister but all I could see with her & Leo was pain. But Dan changed that. He was devotion. All I could imagine in Dan was a man who wouldn't bail out on you, will always be there, romantic, loving, devoted, in short perfect. He's the perfect guy next door. But when Piper chose Leo I understand too. Maybe the excitement of unpredictability, mystery, longing do make the heart grow fonder than the comfort of a safe, secure love. I just think, maybe if Piper gave time to Dan (like no one could process or accept that in a day; Give him a week or more), he'd come to accept her like Andy did for Prue. But then again, Dan wanted a simpler life than Andy. And he suffered, more dangerous magic (getting old immediately) by just being close. I guess it would've been a test for Dan too. If his love for Piper was strong enough to accept the danger it entailed... 😢
The whole "save your sibling or save 5 strangers" thing doesn't really make sense when you take into how they really hit at the whole "the power of 3 will set us free" aspect. Like, the three of them are needed to defeat whatever big bad(s) the world (underwold included) has to offer. So, if they are willing to save x amount of people over their sibling, then down the line, they won't be able to save the world. If they had sacrificed Prue to get rid of the 4 Horsemen, then wouldn't the world end regardless?
The Source was the only one able to vanquish the 4 Horsemen. Sacrificing Prue meant the other Horseman couldn't get back and therefore they wouldn't be able to go through with the plan. I get the "5 strangers" being "only" five cause their sister is more important in the grand scheme, but what they meant with that is that they will put others lives before theirs
It's so weird, watching your reaction to the finale and realising the Dragon Demon is an Australian actor that I've seen in the same soap Chris Hemsworth came from.
Oh, thank Goddess! I thought I had to wait for this until tomorrow. 😅 Season 2 finale already! "Apocalypse, Not" is fun. You get to see War who played Luke (vampire in the first two episodes) and the Judge (smurf demon who got rocketlaunched to the face) from Buffy! "Be Careful What You Witch For" is not the strongest finale but it's still fun and a little traumatic. Two wild episodes for sure! Next season is even better!!
