These two bitter students are not the representative population of Non-resident Indians in USA. There are plenty who followed every single rule, who are ethical , hard working, and phenomenally successful. The three million Indians in USA return to India, India will not develop overnight. Compared to 1.3 Billion population 3 million is miniscule, a drop of water in a sea. When describing Indians , they refer to Crab mentality in USA. Let us not make that the truth.
