Just made this and omg! Truly the easiest croissant recipe yet with amazing result! Many Flaky layers inside, crisp outside just like croissant made the traditional way. I won't do it the traditional way anymore, too much work:)

Hmm. They don't seem to have quite as many layers. I wonder if doing a second roll, spread of butter and rolling and chilling before shaping, would improve them? That would seem likely to me. It would still be easier than all the usual rolling and folding. Might have to try that!

Excellent no folding method, easier to apply butter. Kneading 5min the dough and many fermentations are important
크루아상을 쉽게 만들어 먹을 수 있다니 정말 기발한 방법이네요. 크루아상을 집에서도 만들어 먹을 수 있을 것 같아서 너무 좋은 영상이네요. 쉽고 재밌게 베이킹할 수 있을 것 같아 좋아요.
