I always consinder nightfall is a band of the extreme metal trinity from greece along with septic flesh and rotting christ, music doesnt have borders tho, im excited and looking forward for the full album, the omens sounds very good and promising
I totally agree with you ,
Except that Nightfall were a little more experimental and pioneering in their sound , nevertheless it didn’t stop them from making exceptional and unique albums that unfortunately at the time,were underestimated from fellow Greeks.
Also , Bear in mind that back then , there was no governmental assistance neither the equipment nor the mentality to back up and promote nor to produce properly studio albums. Don’t forget that the Greek market is just a handful in comparison with the “northerners”. In addition the bands in Scandinavia are subsidised and promoted by their government, they just export metal music!!
