Hey just wanted to check on the betta fish featured in the video, i hope that the tank is temporary and it has a bigger tank as well as a filter to stay in the long term . feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
@@LewisTohI picked up the blue one with matching caps. Very nice board with tons of modding potential. Very creamy thocky out of the box! Now to see if I can make it clacky!
Will you be going more in depth in another video? Would be nice to hear some feedback on the ghost bar and maybe try some different gasket, plate and foam configs. How does the stock gasket mount feel?
Um, this is probably not a good place to ask but im building my first ever keyboard. I am using a Polycarbonate plate and decided not to use plate foam. When I put the PCB(tape mod and has 1 layer of PE foam) and the plate together and put back on the skirt(required to assemble the keyboard), the bottom row of the plate keeps getting pushed down by the skirt causing the switches to pop up. And even with plate foam, the plate still get pushed down(still only the bottom row) Pls someone that has experience help pls!!!
@@MightyRaph I enjoy experimenting with mounting styles. That's why I'm getting a Tofu 2.0 it has 4 mounting styles, silicone sock gasket mount, gummy o-ring mount, gasket bowl mount and top mount. Still if you prioritize sound profile then get a QK65 or a Jris 65. Since Neo65 has a 1.2mm pcb
Overall the Neo65 is the best option (you get different mounting options and the sound is good enough for the price...pretty versatile kit)...although the JRIS65 is more premium build quality wise and the sound is more refined, feel wise I would put the JRIS65 at top and then Neo65 second. Personally the QK65 lacks in terms of sound (you will be stuck with the same sound signature for most of the configs) and feel wise the QK65 is on the stiffer side. Hope this helps you.
please try the Vortexseries Xera87 Xera-87 Wireless Mechanical Tkl Gaming Keyboard. i am currently using this keyboard and its really good. i wont spoil any details but do try out the outenmu jade whites but after all it is p r e f e r e n c e
Yeah, mine won't charge out of the box, and frequently double-types keys. Already did one firmware flash, and it didn't help. Not sure what to do, probably gonna have to return this. Too bad, I liked the sound OOTB, and the lighting is fairly nice. (bttw, this double-strokedd like shown in this section of text inside the parentheses, it's rather annoying and a big reason why.. does this even on wired.)
who in this world can't unscrew 10 screws from the back of a keyboard? you don't even need to be beginner, just having a functional brain and you good to go
I just got my built, but my backspace, enter and both shift keys have a ticking noise. And the spacebar keeps double spacing on me! Did you have this issue? EDIT: I just got to all the keys with stabilizers. Your board sounds way better than mine. I’ll have to contact Nuphy
It doesn't sound like anything special at $150. There are so many other choices like Cidoo V75, Monsgeek M1, and especially those Leobogs that give similar sound profile but at lower prices. This kind of thocc sound profile is now achievable even by the Rainy75, which is under $100. I just don't see why anyone would buy this board unless they're into the Nuphy aesthetics.
Finally the black version reviews. That looks gorgeous!
I love that you always notify people for the best keyboards in the market
thanks man

Beat me to it, definitely not suitable permanent tank for a Betta, 5G min.
Thanks for another great review Lewis.
yes! was using the small tank only for a week while preping a bigger tank
The lofi soundtrack in your videos is always top tier. You should put the titles in video description.
will do from now on! appreciate the compliment
I like it, looks super clean. Good video
I wonder if that clear film thing is supposed to act like the tape mod for the pcb.
Very nice sounding board! I've missed this one for some reason but definitely going to check it out now!
nice!

Is it easy to install? Planning to buy one but I’m afraid i don’t know how to do it. Hehe or do they have an actual keyboard already
yes definitely beginner friendly

Yo lewis! would want to check which sounds and feels better ? Jris65, neo65, qk65?
For the sound QK65. Tho Neo65 has multiple mounting option
@@ciaojay7025 so you prefer different mounting option then sound?

It’s 2024 and Lewis still doesn’t know what the pet film is 😅

Can you do Womier SK71 for the next budget keyboard video?
Why are entry level keyboards moving back to plate mounted stabilizers? For $100+ I expect screw in stabs to be a requirement.
I was literally looking for this comment. It seemed like an incredible board for the value and then they grape right out with stabs.
cool fish. 👍
Bro why do you have that beautiful fish in such a small space?
hey i was looking to either get this (when back on stock) or the monsgeek m1 barebones as my first build. which one would be better to go with.
more nuphy
