Advice for Sheana - give *zero* attention to behaviour you do not want to reinforce. This is behavioural conditioning 101, especially if the behaviour is in no way dangerous. Ocean is doing it for attention, to get the rise out of someone. Don’t give it to her. She’ll move on to something else. When the something else is pleasant, desirable behaviour, offer the desired attention.

Lala, just FYI, Ive always been a huge proponent for neutering male dogs, but ive recently learned that male dogs become more susceptible to a variety of cancers after being neutered vs not neutered male dogs. For this reason, I won’t be neutering my 1 year old male dog. Females, on the other hand, have a higher risk of breast cancer if they aren’t spayed after their first heat. I lost my 5 yr old Border Collie because we waited too long to spay her , so definitely spay female dogs after the first heat
Also a big proponent of spay/neuter here but the moral of the story is talk to your vet! Some females are more susceptible to cancer without spay, some more susceptible with spay. Certain females should never be spayed. And with some of the large breed dogs it's getting more common to wait until their growth plates are fused, so they do get spay/neuter but later in life. Talk to your vet folks!
That's actually not true. However, intact dogs can get different types of cancer, including testicular.

The Tom Brady Roast, I think you have to be a Patriots fan to get all the jokes. I am a huge Patriots fan and all the jokes hit! They were hysterical! You have to be from New England to know all the players and inside jokes. Bill Belichick killed it! Nikki Glaser killed it! Edelman and Gronk both killed it. Ben Affleck did NOT kill it. Lala, come to a Patriots game with us and you’ll see how Pats Nation is.

Dr Phil Show and her mom sent her to his recommended tough love boot camp for kids where she was raped beaten starved and emotionally and physically abused in every other way you could imagine... for I think at least two or three years? Oh yeah and let's not forget she saw one of the male students get murdered by a staff member there as well!😢 I JUST saw all this, her/other similar "tough love camp" survivors (Like Paris Hilton wrote/spoke/taped on her show about...as well as went to court for it/against them and spoke to congress and several other political events, debates, rally's, votes, etc....Some "tough love boarding school" with "Ranch" in it's name, Impretty sure).
I just know that Dr Phil and other TV shows/hosts/doctors (real or fake) and other public/well-known people/places that referred families/parents to send their kids to these "schools" and "camps" got in REALLY big trouble after she goy out and went public...his only response was that he cannot be responsible for what takes place after his guests and their children leave his stage and show and he does not force the parents or the children to go to the camps or schools etcetera and that he cannot be held responsible for what other people might do to somebody else in a different location that he's not located at and it's not monitoring himself Etc. Then kept referring kids to these places until his show got shut down (REALLY QUICKLY, after restarting/ continuing to refer)...never even gave a 1/2 assed, like "While I had no no way of knowing these types of things are taking place at this place and of course I had no actual physical hand or control over them doing these things to these kids Etc but I DO apologize and feel terrible for the fact that I am/was associated in any way with what these kids were forced to endure and the trauma they will have to work through/deal w/for the rest of their lives...
The documentary also briefly features Paris Hilton/her story and shows/speaks to other survivors from the same bootcamp Bad Baby was forced into, the one Paris Hilton was sent to and other similar/well-known or should I say infamous) places...
Spoiler alert if you don't want to actually watch the whole documentary to find this out: A HUGE MAJORITY of the KNOWN kid's tough love schools/camps (because unfortunately tons of unknown/unregulated tiny hole in the wall places, "owned"/ran by 1 adult, or a married couple/similar "helping a dozen, or more, kids, in like a 4 bedroom ran-down home, out in the middle of nowhere, or similar places, with a couple double wide trailers next to eachother, etc. And without any type of business/other licenses, tax ID numbers, certifications, etc., they usually remain "open" for at least a few, to several years, before somebody finally reports them or somebody nearby in the community notices something that is off and reports it Etc and it's investigated and finally raided and shut down)... anyways, they followed the money and all of them are being financially supported by 3 or 4 different shell companies that when the money is followed again connect to an actual business in the United States which is a multi-billion dollar a year, FOR-PROFIT business, and John McCain is ( I can't remember verbatim how it was worded or the EXACT facts on it, but something VERY similar to) either the majority share holder (meaning there might be several people who own shares of the company that profit from it but he would own at least 51% of it), or he was the original creator (or was one of the original creators...plural?) of the company and no although he (claimed to) no longer works in the day-to-day aspect of the companies business plans, etc., he does however continue to own his original majority share of the company, and therefore continues every year to earn a majority of the billions of dollars in child abuse/murder profits!

Lauren seems to laugh at all this crap her daughter does and it’s terrible, for some reason she thinks it’s cute. All the stories she tells are not cute and that child needs to be disciplined, a little smack on the butt, make her sit down, whatever it is, just do it! Suck it up and parent even if the child gets mad at you!

Omg…this random advice for saving a tree is EXACTLY what I needed. Holy shit Lala you’re saving me THOUSANDS of dollars. I recently lost my mom and have taken over all of her things living and not. Finding out she was thousands in debt and me now a single mom of 3 finally catching up on bills with a minimum wage job and a older sister who lives with me, took over my bedroom, doesn’t pay any bills or help with my kids not even offering food while I’m at work tree is now dying and my mom put so much $$ into saving it a few years back

What I do respect about this podcast is all 3 of their love for dogs and animals and rescuing from shelters. ADOPTDONTSHOP!!!
Not all rescues are good and ethical and not all breeders are unethical and bad. Ethical breeders breed for purpose, screen potential homes, and have it in their puppy contracts they will take their animals back it's the backyard breeders who breed mixes and low quality dogs just for profit such as doodles whose dogs go to shelters.
Unethical rescues DO exist and the animals in their care suffer greatly.
