The parasite digests the host cells hemoglobin to obtain essential amino acids. This process releases large amounts of heme which is toxic to the parasite. In order to protect itself, the parasite polymerises heme molecules to a non-toxic hemozoin. Chloroquine prevents polymerization to hemozoin and the accumulation of heme results in lysis of both the parasite and the red blood cells.
I have watched it for 24 minutes and two big mistakes already made and repeated frequently...you cannot make blunders and say sorry at the end... Though the teacher is good but making silly mistakes like this not cool at all
