    1 T-bone steak (approximately 1 inches thick or above)

    🔪 Instructions:
    Preheat your pan to high heat.
    Season both sides of the T-bone steak generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

    Place the steak on the hot pan and cook for approximately 1 minutes on each side for a perfect medium-rare doneness
