    Traditional Italian Garlic Bread (Bruschetta)
    Ingredients:
    1 loaf of Italian bread (or ciabatta)
    2-3 garlic cloves
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Salt
    Fresh parsley (optional)
    Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese (optional)
    French Garlic Bread
    Ingredients:
    1 baguette
    4-5 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese (optional)
    Salt to taste
    American Garlic Bread
    Ingredients:
    1 loaf of Italian or French bread
    1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
    3-4 garlic cloves, paste
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
    Mozzarella Cheese
    Salt to taste
    Instructions (Italian):
    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    In a bowl, combine the Olive oil , garlic paste, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. If using, mix in the grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
    Slice the Bread: Cut the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
    Spread the mixture : Generously spread the garlic mixture over 1 halve of the bread.
    Put in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
    Instructions(Italian,Traditional Way):
    Preheat the Grill or Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if using the oven, or prepare your grill.
    Slice the Bread: Cut the bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.
    Toast the Bread: Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven or on the grill until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
    Rub with Garlic: While the bread is still warm, rub each slice with a peeled garlic clove. The rough surface of the toasted bread will grate the garlic.
    Drizzle with Olive Oil: Drizzle a good amount of extra virgin olive oil over each slice.
    Season: Sprinkle with salt to taste. Optionally,Grate Some Pecorino Cheese on it.
    Instructions (French Or American):
    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic paste, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. If using, mix in the grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese.
    Slice the Bread: Cut the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
    Spread the Butter: Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over both halves of the bread.
    Put in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
    Serve: Slice and serve warm.
