Thanks, John. Unfortunately, we made the decision not to tap our maple trees this year. With my busy work schedule, and the cabin renos on-going, it would have been a challenge to fit it all in. I am missing doing it this year, but still have lots of syrup left from last year. Just giving our maple trees a bit of a rest this year! :) Thank you for continuing to watch along - well appreciated.
