Ella, I made this yesterday and have to say it's the nicest thing by far that I've made of yours. So warming, Christmasy and yes I know it's the New Year lol. Yum yum, thank you and a very Happy New Year x
georgina Xuan you could probably swap out the oil with another one but don't delete it, the topping needs that moisture. you may be able to melt dates down to use in place of the syrup but I've never tried that.
chockycake1 maple syrup is full of iron, magnesium calcium and loads more. Although it is still a sugar it is unrefined and a little is very beneficial. Hope that helps 😁
Although @Mummy OR is right in highlighting the health benefits of maple, the only issue with it from my knowledge is that it is high fructose (about 40%) which in practice has a similar effect on the brain and body as refined sugar. Depends what works for each individual I guess.
Can you please also add in cup measurements into the video (like in parentheses after the gram measurements)? Please please 🙏 lol, I'd love to make this but it would be much easier and simpler with cups. Thanks so much Ella 😊
I made this with buckwheat flakes and almond milk in place of coconut oil and it was delicious with some plain soy yoghurt, you only need the juice of one orange tho, 2 makes too much liquid

You can just convert it online. I usually just put what I need converting straight into google and it comes up.
Does anyone know where the casserole is from?
Is there a link to the recipe
If you're allergic to almonds can you just add more oats?
Yes that would be fine x
