Although not exactly the same, watching this video gave me a pilot's view of what it was like for my uncle in Korea. He too flew the F-86 Sabre. I liked the way the two screens worked together. It still is a beautiful aircraft.
Go RCAF - Canadair Sabre Mark 6 was the hottest version. 7,440 lbs thrust Orenda 14 turbojet and leading edge slats. Ceiling 54,000 ft. ZULU flights from No. 1 Air Division were on a course at Wiesbaden On one early evening after work as we were enjoying a beer at the bar in uniform, a USAF "bird" colonel came over to our group and asked if we were from the "Third Wing" (I guess the U-2 pilot had made note of our 413 squadron "tusker" elephant tail markings and was able to then easily
I know the American spelling is "Saber" for the hand held sword, but the aircraft name is actually correctly spelled as Sabre. Your vid title and text are incorrect in that respect.
I love the RC jets as some of them are great tributes to the real machines. If you don't and you want to exclude them from your search, put a hyphen before the terms you want to exclude, for example: "F86 Jet -RC -RC Jet - model -rcjet -LA Jets" and that should weed out most of them.
find out where we were from through NATO. We said we were from 3 Wing, at which time he asked who the senior man in our group was. Joe Gagnon, although of Flying Officer rank like the rest of us, was designated by us as the senior man because he was about 23, many years older than the rest of us. The Colonel said to Joe "when you get back to 3 Wing, I want you to tell your wing commander to keep his Mark 6's away from my U-2".
Excellent video.

I liked this vid especially as it is getting harder and harder to find a vid that isn't from either a flight sim or a R/C plane
@1486luana
correction...... I see the speed brakes open at 5:42 when he starts his right turn before he drops the flaps and gear.

06:35 speaker is wrong! He's got the speedbrakes out OK!
6.50 "He did not have the speedbrakes out". You're wrong 'cause he did
Wow, that announcer is a dork. Who's flying what plane again? I forgot.
Fantastic video.
