Birds with long bills have the ability to reach into their siblings crops and take their food that they've just been given. It's pure instinct. I would like to see this explained to the public regarding the care of birds and how they take from each other. It is truly the survival of the fittest out there. The nibbling of each other's face Is that behavior.
