In Japan, airsoft muzzle energy is limited to 1 joule, which makes it difficult for us to use HPA systems because they can easily exceed this limit. I heard that South Korea also has strict regulations. However, in every Korean airsoft video taken at gun ranges, HPA systems seem very common-every range seems to have HPA supply, often with very high pressure. How do you manage to keep muzzle energy within the regulation limits?

we dont. Most airsoft teams are private and they have their own rules. It is techinically illegal but we are willing to take a risk.

It is true that Korean law is stricter than Japan. We have an obligation to keep the power of 0.2J.
However, in the case of Airsoft game halls and shooting ranges, you don't have to keep the power if you report it and operate it.
So it's hard for us to give you some advice on that because the power suitable for HPA is available in some places.
