So I gotta say I did this on my stock mws mag last night and it ruined full auto for the mag. Spews gas everywhere and the cooldown is very noticeable. For semi I could see it being fine, but auto is much worse after doing this. I might even post a video comparing a stock mag to the gg modded ones because it's not the godsend everyone says it is.
@@Jaeger-Precision elite force green gas. I literally tested the mag before the mod and it worked perfectly and after it did maybe half a mag before spewing gas and just not cycling properly.
@@Jaeger-Precision please do! If you do a side by side comparison with the full auto performance of a regular mag and modded mag that would be great. I'll also do a similar test and video it.
@@jhqtech, it sounds like an overfilled magazine. The liquid gas to open space pressure isn’t correct which means it can spew out liquid gas which disrupts the full auto cycle. Try filling it with less gas (see if 2 - 3 seconds less works) and see if it works better. Even with filling it less with gas, it still should be more gas in the mag than a non-modded magazine.
Hi, I’ve been trying to fix the poor gas efficient of the marui akm mags for a while. I have 3 mags, they perform really bad compare to people who keep telling me how good a marui akm should be Does this modification effects the joules output? Cause now I’m using 12kg gas and 0.3G bbs, it sits around 1.3 joules and I can’t go any higher for cqb in my country

done this on my mags a few months back when i got them, i just dremem'd off about an inch from the bottom :D
how does it work so far? does cutting only an inch prevent the mag from overfilling?

wouldnt there be a risk of getting filings in the tube and then subsequently in the mag in you chop some of it off?
I assume with the longer inner valve the over filling risk that the MWS mags have with this mod is removed?

Maybe its the propellant your using. I have 12 magazines here all modded and none of them do that

Tube on mine was impossible to pull out. Actually split the oring and damaged the lip above it trying to pull it out, didnt even budge an inch.
