If you look at images of Arnold in his teens when he still lived in Austria and was only just starting to pick up weights you can see a strong resemblance with his son Patrick.
I’d say Joseph looks a lot more like Arnold then any of them. if you look at Arnold’s early body building days you’ll see Joseph in him.

And Joseph on the other hand, looks way more similar than any of Arnolds other sons in both physique and facial appearance. Even if Joseph is juicing or not, he actually puts in the hard work and is looking forward to competing one day. Patrick seems to be a casual lifter and of course he's not putting his genetics to the test like Joseph is.

That is probably due to steroid use. Steroids does have evidence of enlarging the heart.
